Meet The Team - The President

This is one of our features called "Meet The Team". Here we will feature a certain member of the team and you can learn a bit more about the people that you are dealing with here at Integrated Marketing Incorporated.

Our first, is the President of Integrated Marketing Inc., Mr. Gary Roberts. Gary Roberts has been actively involved in the Marketing Industry for the past 20 years, creating advertising and marketing implementation for clients, including Jaylor Fabricating, Carson Reid Homes, CJOY/Magic 106.1 Radio, Terra View Homes, and Pioneer Craftsmen. His firm has won a number of awards for the creative solutions he has offered his clients over the years, including being a mulitple winner of the prestigious “Project of the Year” Award given out annually by the Waterloo Region Homebuilders Association.

In his early years, Gary had vied to pursue a career in radio. He began his Radio career at CJWA in Wawa as an Announcer. He moved on up, to become an Announcer at CFYN in Sault Ste. Marie, but worked in the Sales and Production departments as well. After a number of years spent here, he moved to his current home town of Guelph, Ontario, to work primarily in sales at Magic 106.1/CJOY.

During his radio career, it became apparent that he wanted to move in other directions. He decided to pursue that by attending Sault College of Applied Arts and Technology, in their Advertising Management Program, and and his career choice was made. Through the years Gary has formed a number of ventures. His initial company was Roberts Media, which was a small agency run from his home. After a number of years, he merged his company with some other gentlemen, to form Orchard Design & Communications. After 6 years of growth, Gary has once again branched out onto his own, with the current company... Integrated Marketing Incorporated.

When asked what he likes best about his job, Gary is clear that it is meeting with his clients on a regular basis and providing them with creative solutions for their business. This makes all of the hard work worthwhile. Gary's second passion in life is the game of golf. He plays quite frequently during the summer months and finds the game relaxing. He also spends time with his family and can be found spending his evenings taking it easy in his Lazy Boy chair watching his favourite tv shows, which include the classic All in the Family, The O'Reilly Factor, Dateline and his beloved Golf tournaments. Let's not forget his ridiculous Monday night comedy shows... Two and a Half Men and The Big Bang Theory, just to name a few.
